Custom Home Maintenance Package
Choose any one of the following for $129.95 each:
- Flush water heater to clear sediment that collects in the bottom of the tank (Adjust the temperature - if desired)
- Clean leaves, dirt, and debris from rain gutters and test for proper drainage
- Pressure wash the fascia boards, eves, siding on the house, and clean outside of windows
Choose any one of the following for $29.95 each:
- Lubricate all door locks with dry graphite
- Lubricate all door hinges with dry silicone
- Vacuum and lubricate all window and sliding door tracks
- Clean dryer vent
- Lubricate garage door tracks and chain
- Replace batteries in the smoke detectors and test
- Vacuum under refrigerator and clean condenser
- Change furnace filter
- Replace any expensed light bulbs
Standard Home Maintenance Package
$349.95
Pick any one of the following:
